Hello everybody smile

I've just bought a German dolls house from the 60's to restore it, I think it's from Gottschalk, but I'm not sure. Is there anybody here, who has a catalog or a book, with the different German dollshouses from the 60's, and who could help me, please? If yes, I shall put a picture in my album.

Thanks in advance,

Hi Wendy,

thanks for your interest. I have put two poor little pictures I have (I still have not this house at home). I hope it will be enough.

Dear Beatrice, thanks for your lovely comments about my houses.I've been looking for yours and just found them. They took me right back to my childhood as I had a similar house and contents, but my house was made by my Grandfather before I was born.Well done they have so much character and I love your stories about the family.

Have you seen my French house yet?I would be interested in your comments as I have only been to France once, but I love French style!!! Best Wishes  Joan.

Hello Beatrice, I've several old and not so old German dolls houses,Gottschalk,Wagner, Reikel, Schonnher etc. in my collection plus many books and articles on German dolls house. If I could see a picture of your house, I may be able to help you identify it but our member from Germany, Swantje, is an authority on German houses and has written the best books and articles on German houses, so if you contact her through the website,I'm sure she would be able to help you. She's a lovely lady and very knowledgable -and helpful. Good wishes, Marel

Hi Joan,

Yes I've seen your French dolls house, it could be my house, here in South of France. I particularly love the bedroom, and the little bathroom, so romantic. best wishes too, I'll come back soon to visit your album smile

Hi Marel,

I have put two pictures of this German dolls house in my album, you can see them among the recently added pictures in the gallery. Thanks for looking at them.
