Dolls Houses Past & Present

This reproduction of a 1750 famous  Dolls House has been crafted by specialist Paul Davey.
This large  house  measures 37"W x 30"H x 18"D, each room and ceiling has been uniquely
 plastered  capturing the effect of a house being built in that era, the walls have many coats of paint to achieve the distressed finish and then sealed with a purity seal. Every room has a sculptured  fire place with the large welsh dresser being hand crafted. The outside has been been crafted , plastered and sealed with many coats of weathered paint,

Antique Waltershausen chairs:- Biedermeier stencilled chairs made in Walterhausen Germany,about 1870,original green silk,  good condition for age.

Small Bied vanity dresser: early piece lovely fancy gilt stencillin,very sturdy,
i dont think is original mirror and is taped at back to hold it in, has few scratches but overall is in very good condition.

 Bied Chaise Longue small size green silk is rather grubby has small bit glue on seat and 2 small pinpricks,has bolster and stencillin is rather nice,some gold trim has ben replaced with braid.in good condition no breaks.

Waltershausen chairs, Germany,about 1870,original green silk quite dirty is slightly fraying in places but not gone through, original gold dresden paper trim all intact unusual stencillin alway down legs,the top rail of 1 chair has been replaced so no stencil,, good condition for age.
