Rich Co?
I have one of these houses and have been trying to identify it for years. Possibly Rich Co.? It is made of wood and fiberboard.

This is a Hall's Life Time Toys Plantation house from 1965 according to Dian Zillner's International Dollhouses and Accessories 1880s-1980s. Hall's Life Time Toys was located in Chattanooga, Tennessee from 1942-late 1970s; they also made wooden dollhouse furniture in two different sizes and qualities. Furniture can often be found on eBay, but not always listed as made by Hall's. Flo
